Well, here we are. My new project. Welcome to Pulled Into Syracuse: A quasi-weekly update of restaurant and food reviews in the City of Syracuse and Central New York Area. My aim is to give some opinions on places and find some hidden gems around here that you may or may not have heard of. This is sort of a stepping stone to a much bigger project rolling around in my head: a food review book for the City of Syracuse. I will hopefully have some blog updates soon, so stay tuned and I hope you enjoy this.

Joe, great to see you're launching your restaurant blog. Over the course of the last seven months, I've often wondered if after two years or so of blogging in installments, if I'll have enough material for a book of my own. A lot of my stuff is dependent on its timeliness (basically all the urban news series), but as long as your reviewed restaurants stay in business for a significant period of time, you'll be in decent shape as far as material already written.
I love your last 4 ramblings over on your regular site. Sorry I haven't been reading more often. We closed Friday and now I'm a resident of the City of Rochester. I will leave some feedback over there later, have to pack up kitchen appliances in Webster and go finish painting the new joint.
