Weekend Happenings: Crawfish Festival

Don't miss the second annual Crawfish Festival this Saturday from 11 AM to 6 PM at Syracuse's Inner Harbor. The festival moves to the Inner Harbor this year (located at Solar and W Kirkpatrick Streets) after having a successful inaugural at Hanover Square last year. Along with the 3,000 pounds of crawfish on order through the Louisiana Crawfish Co, food will be available from other vendors like Empire Brewing Co, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, Bull & Bear Pub, Anthony's, and Sophistications Cafe among others. Admission is free and proceeds from the event will help Operation Southern Comfort rebuild a house in the New Orleans area.

Here's a look at the menu...

Boiled Crawfish, Spicy Potatoes & Corn
Beignets (Café Du Monde Recipe)
Bull & Bear: Sausage or Steak Sandwiches, Mini Burgers, Sweet Fries
Bob Barkers: Hot Dogs, Chips & Soda
Dinosaur BBQ: Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Beans, Coleslaw, Jambalaya
Empire Brewing Co: Gumbo & Rice
Johns BBQ: BBQ Chicken
Last Stop Bakery: Pizza & Pastries
TJ Sheehan: Bud Light, Purple Haze, Magic Hat #9, Bud American Ale
Fetzers Wine: Chardonnay, Merlot, White Zinfandel
Soda & Water Available at various OSC tents

and my mouth is watering...
